Katmai National Park, Alaska

Some people take sightseeing tours… we loaded into a float plane and flew into the wilds of Alaska hoping to hang out with giant brown bears. From skimming across remote lakes to stepping into the rugged backcountry of Katmai National Park, this was the kind of adventure that gets your heart racing before the propeller even starts spinning. Rain gear on, cameras ready, and absolutely no guarantees except one—we were officially in bear country.

Serengeti National Park Africa

No fences. No crowds. Just endless savanna, dusty trails, and the thrill of never knowing what might appear around the next bend. Deep in the Serengeti, every game drive felt like stepping into a wildlife documentary—except this time, we were in it. From sunrise lion searches to unexpected encounters under the African sky, safari life has a way of turning ordinary moments into unforgettable adventures.

Serengeti National Park Africa

For Dia, the Serengeti was pure adventure wrapped in golden light and endless horizons. From bouncing along rugged trails on safari to sharing quiet moments surrounded by some of Africa’s most incredible wildlife, every day felt unforgettable. With the sounds of the savanna all around and something wild waiting beyond every acacia tree, this journey was equal parts excitement, wonder, and the kind of memories that stay with you forever.

Katmai National Park, Alaska

With camera gear stacked high and waders on, Peter and Dia worked their way deeper into one of Alaska’s most active brown bear areas along the river. Every step through the marshy backcountry carried a mix of excitement and caution, knowing they were moving through true bear country. Heavy packs, muddy water, and the constant thrill of what might be waiting around the next bend made this the kind of adventure they’ll never forget.

Serengeti National Park Africa

With eyes constantly searching across the Serengeti, Dia loved the excitement of spotting wildlife from the safari vehicle before anyone else. Every drive brought something new—elephants crossing the road, giraffes moving through the acacia trees, or lions resting quietly in the tall grass. In Africa, even the simple act of looking out across the savanna felt like stepping into an adventure.

A Life Dedicated to Wildlife Conservation

Beyond photography and filmmaking, Peter has spent years working alongside wildlife organizations and rescue efforts dedicated to the care and conservation of wild animals. From helping rehabilitate orphaned black bear cubs to supporting educational and conservation programs, his connection to wildlife goes far beyond the camera. These experiences have shaped a lifelong respect for the animals he photographs and a deep commitment to protecting the wild places they call home.
