Refund policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final on photography prints, print-on-demand apparel, t-shirts, mugs, and other custom-produced merchandise.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Color or preference changes
  • Orders placed in error
  • Custom printed or made-to-order items

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at service@scenicwildlife.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To help us process your request, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will provide instructions for replacement or resolution.

In certain situations, and at our sole discretion, Scenic Wildlife may choose to offer a store credit or gift card in lieu of a return or refund. Any store credit or gift card amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis based on the specific circumstances of the order.

Return Requests

Returns will only be considered for items that are confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Fine art photography prints
  • Custom printed apparel
  • Print-on-demand products
  • Mugs and drinkware
  • Personalized or special-order products
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

Because all products are custom produced, we do not offer exchanges.

Refunds

If a refund is approved for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time.
